This application is discontinued in favor of the Vector Icon tool that is now built in to Android Studio.

A tool created mainly for the purpose of managing icon resources in android projects. It’s created to be used together with a iconset such as https://github.com/google/material-design-icons. You select the icon on the left and click the “->” button to add it to a android project in the appropriate drawable-xxx folders.
